The Coventry Cougars are a passionate and welcoming flag American football team based in Coventry, UK.

Founded in 2009 by Kellie and Millie Barrett, our team has grown into a supportive and inclusive community where everyone is welcome, no matter your age, gender, background, or athletic ability. From seasoned athletes to complete beginners (and some fantastic mums!), we pride ourselves on creating a space where everyone can discover their love for the game.

Our players include national champions, GB representatives, international competitors, and dedicated coaches, but above all, we’re a family of people who simply love American football.

With nine national titles under our belt and countless memories made along the way, the Cougars continue to thrive as a friendly, fun, and wholesome team that embodies the true spirit of the sport.
